little susy sally couldnt sleep soundly
so she went looking for a safe place to snoozz
she could not sleep in the zoo's because of the loud kangaroos
she could not sleep in the library
she could not sleep in the arbory (bird place thing)
she had to sleep she needed to sleep
but shd couldnt sleep
not even count sheep
she could not sleep in the back of the jeep
because the other drivers would always beep beep

she could not sleep in the forest she was too afraid of the things that creep
she couldnot sleep in the museusm next to the tyranosaurus
she could not sleep in the colluseeum or even the ___________?

she did not she could not sleep any way any how
not with a cow or a plow
not with a meow or a sow. UHG I CANT RHYME!

then our little suzy sally sister said
thats it im going to bed!
and straight home she fled
she even tucked herself in bed!
she closed her eyes and inside her head
she imagined all the places she had been
and the things sheed seen
and soon she woke up and realised it was all a dream!

and for brekfast she had icecream!!

the thing about painting is that your totally free
people say were free in this country but we all know that anarchy is the only way that we would be really free
and we are only free within our own abilities and attitudes anyways.

but when you are working in a painting
you are free to do anything
its all up to you.

we often home for freedome
but then when we are presented with it
it is hard to know what to do with it.

when im working on a painting i ask myself wha do i do now
do i have to do this or that
to make the painting finished
but then i answer myself with
who cares i can do anything i want im truely free
i dont even have to try to make the painting complete
and when you paint with this attitude
you will find that as far as abstract painting goes you end up with a finished painting quite easely.

its the non thinking that makes an abstract painting good.

when we have total freedome
we have no experience to know what to do with it.

its bettter to just paint
and not wonder , what am i going to paint.
